2. When will my order ship?

We process all non-custom orders within 1 business day!

4. How do I place a return?

Email hello@atventureforever.com with your order number and the products you'd wish to return and we'll handle the rest! 

5. What is our return & refund policy? 

Refunds are offered on all unopened items received back to us within 14 days (10 business days) of your delivery date.

Please allow up to 5-7  business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process your returns.

A $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of the return postage label provided

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end

Please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your replacement product, if you have requested a replacement. Due to item availability, some replacements may be delayed or changed to a refund. 

6. What is our return policy for custom/personalized made-to-order items? 

Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes customized items like all bridal party slippers, denim wedding jackets, custom name drink pouches, face on a stick, custom bachelorette party cups, custom bachelorette shot glasses, etc. 

7. Can I cancel my order?

Just email hello@atventureforever.com with your order number and the products you wish to cancel. As long as the item hasn’t shipped yet it can be canceled and a refund will be issued right away.

8. How do I update or change my shipping address?

Please email hello@atventureforever.com with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible after placing your order. 

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. You are responsible for all the customs, duties and taxes.

Atventure is not responsible for any items not purchased from Atventure Forever & returned to us by mistake.

10. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to adjust prices of the Products, and to adjust any discounts or promotions that may be offered, as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

All of our Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any Order, to reject all or part of an Order, to discontinue offering certain Products and to substitute Products without prior notice. We strive to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products and market conditions beyond our control, items may go on back order when not available or may be discontinued.

11. Coupons and Promotional Codes

Coupons and promotional codes provided to you are for your individual use only. You may not transfer, reproduce, trade, offer for sale, publish or otherwise share coupons and promotional codes unless the terms of the coupon or promotional code expressly allow you to do so. We reserve the right to cancel orders when we have reason to believe that any coupon or promotional code is being used by someone other than the intended recipient, or in the case of suspected abuse, misuse or fraud. We reserve the right to terminate a coupon or promotional code offering at any time and/or set expiration dates for such offers at any time and in our sole discretion. Coupon codes and promotional codes are not valid on prior purchases.

12. Sales Taxes

We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the states, territories, or other jurisdictions for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
